Description
The mansion of 280sqm which is only 150m away (OR: which is within walking distance) from the picturesque square of Mavrovouni with the traditional taverns and cafes, can sleep up to 8 people.
On the ground floor there is a deluxe double-bedroom and a single bedroom with a fully equipped office (or study) room and a bathroom.The fully equipped gym on the same floor gives guests the opportunity to enjoy physical and mental wellbeing.
On the first floor which is 100sqm there is a large space with two living rooms, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The carefully selected furniture of the mansion includes large handmade modern sofas, marble tables, a 50-inch satellite TV, oak dining table for 8 people and a three-view fireplace. The strong presence of glass partitions and the glass balcony doors reflect perfectly the beauty of the surroundings from any part of the house.
From the comfort of the living room the guest has uninterrupted view of the garden and the swimming pool. The outdoor area is equipped with comfortable wooden sun loungers, courtyard couches and a luxurious rectangular dining table for 8 people. The pool area with the plants and the special lighting impresses the visitor and satisfies the demands of every guest(OR: soothes even the weariest of traveler’s soul).
On the second floor with the beautiful oak floors the visitor finds a deluxe double bedroom and a single bedroom with independent bathroom. Flooded in light and minimally decorated they give an air of comfort and simplicity at the same time. A sunlit drenched hallway paves the way to the Master bedroom, a room of exceptional aesthetics with en-suite marble bathroom( with walk- in shower and Jacuzzi).All rooms include balconies overlooking the spectacular view of the beach.
